Hi everyone. Hope you are all well. How do you manage the sensitive side of yourself? I've been struggling a bit lately - feeling things a lot - it's been very intense. I'd love to be able to just park stuff that triggers me and come back to it calmly, but it's like I need to ride those intense feelings out.
